What you’ll be doing:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships as their key point of contact
- Driving sales growth through new business development and maximising existing accounts
- Developing tailored account strategies and proposals, including responding to RFPs
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of technical production
- Attending industry and networking events to represent the business and grow connections
What you’ll bring:
- Proven sales success in the New Zealand live events or Audio-Visual industry
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with a customer-first mindset
- Technical knowledge of Audio-Visual equipment (video, LED, projection, audio, lighting)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive under pressure
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
- Experience in event execution or AV/concert equipment rental is highly advantageous
